Book Arts of Houston is an ongoing project promoting book arts, artists working in the medium, and book arts’ legacy in Houston.

Book Arts of Houston demonstrates book arts’ legacy and enduring popularity amongst individual Houston artists despite little public attention or awareness of the medium.

The exhibition reflects the artist-curator ongoing research into the medium’s history in the city of Houston. This website features work from the exhibition at The Printing Museum as well as other works relevant to book arts and Houston-area artists.

Book Arts of Houston is organized by Erica Reed Lee. Lee is a Houston based artist-curator interested in navigating the technological present.
